Doing Business Shouldn't Be This Fun
Over the past 10 years, I have been instrumental in developing, designing, and executing the captivating look and feel of Rakuten Advertising’s flagship conference, DealMaker. This annual event serves as a gathering place for Rakuten Advertising’s esteemed community of publishers, advertisers, and visionary marketing leaders.
My role in the DealMaker design encompasses four international conferences held across the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with the Rakuten Advertising team, I have crafted a cohesive visual identity that extends across all event locations. From designing eye-catching signage and clever wall hangs to creating impactful PowerPoint slides, video signage, and video screen elements, I have ensured that each conference exudes a consistent and engaging atmosphere.
In addition to these design elements, I have had the privilege of contributing to the creation of the prestigious Golden Link award creatives. These designs encapsulate the essence of excellence and achievement in the industry, adding a touch of prestige to the conference experience.
Adapting the DealMaker design to international settings has presented exciting challenges. I have taken into account cultural nuances, regional preferences, and varying technical requirements to ensure that the design resonates with attendees from diverse backgrounds.
By combining creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Rakuten Advertising’s vision, I have played a key role in shaping the visual identity of DealMaker and elevating its impact on a global scale.
